Student Assessment Information Page


Ridgeway Community School students receiving ELL services will take the ACCESS for ELL assessments according to the following schedule:
  • March 11th to 15th Reading  (kindergarten to 5th grade students, all grades each day)
  • Estimated Assessment Times are as follows:
    • Listening - Up to 40 Minutes
    • Reading - Up to 35 Minutes
    • Speaking - Up to 30 Minutes
    • Writing Tier A - Up to 50 Minutes
    • Writing Tier B/C - Up to 65 Minutes

Ridgeway Community School students will take the Minnesota Comprehensive Assessments according to the following schedule:
  • April 16th to 18th Reading  (3rd to 5th grade students, all grades each day)
  • April 23rd to 25th Math  (3rd to 5th grade students, all grades each day)
  • April 30th 5th Grade Science  (5th Grade Students only) 
  • Estimated Assessment Times are as follows:
    • Reading 2.5 - 3.5 Hours
    • Math 1.5 - 2.5 Hours
    • Science 1.5 - 2 Hours
