Ridgeway Community SchoolStrategic PlanEach year in September, the Ridgeway Community School Board of Director's updates its strategic plan to identify goal areas for the school year. The board uses feedback from parents and staff gathered by surveys completed each spring and "focus group" conversations held during the school's annual meeting each May. The plan covers the schools academic, character and social/emotional programs, administrative, financial, and parent and community outreach goals.
