Title IX Policy Materials

The materials below have been used to provide training to Ridgeway Community School's Title IX Coordinator, Title IX Investigator, Title IX Decision Maker, and Title IX Appeal Decision Maker along with the school's staff and board. These materials provide detailed guidance in the implementation of the Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 updated rule that was adopted on May 6, 2020 by the United States Department of Education's Office for Civil Rights (OCR) which took effect on August 14, 2020. The school's Title IX Coordinator participated in the required training on August 6, 2020 by Ratwik, Roszak & Maloney, P.A.
